The Public Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime and Corruption dismissed criminal charges that Judge Ivan Dzolev filed against the President of Basic Court Skopje 1, Vladimir Panchevski which were for receiving some sort of compensation for unlawful influence of position.
Prosecutors came to this decision after a “comprehensive study of all the collected evidence” and established that a criminal offense had not been committed in an official capacity.
