The Government has made a new decree regarding the Law on foreigners during a state of crisis including the period when the state of crisis ends, which will extend the period for foreigners to whom during the period when the state of crisis was declared, their short term stay approvals or visa have expired. The period is extended both during the state of crisis and when the state of emergency ends, until the 31st of August 2020. Also, the validity of permits for temporary stay and the permanent stay which have expired or will expire during the state of emergency are also extended. The validity of stary permit will be extended beyond the end of the state of emergency until the 31st of August 2020, informs the MOI.
