The proposal of the Government for the dismissal of State Public Prosecutor, Marko Zvrlevski, is on the agenda of Parliament’s sixth session that is set for the July the 3rd.
On the the session’s agenda, that is published on the Parliament’s website, Zvrlevski’s dismissal is on the last i.e. 30th item on the agenda.
At a session that took place last Friday, the Government made a decision for the dismissal of Zvrlevski and before that the Council of Public Prosecutors had acted affirmatively i.e. they accepted the Government’s proposal for the dismissal of the current Attorney General.
The dismissal of the state public prosecutor requires a simple majority of 61 MPs.
