The political leaders must rise above party interests and resolve the political crisis and make sure it doesn’t spill into inter-ethnic tensions. That was the main message that OSCE General Secretary, Lamberto Zannier passed to President Gjorge Ivanov and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Nikola Poposki.

“This morning I met with the President and the Foreign Minister. My key message was that leaders need to rise to the challenge, overcome party interests, and resolve the political crisis for the benefit of all citizens. Cannot allow it to spill into inter-ethnic tensions!” said Zannier’s tweet published on OSCE’s Mission in Skopje official Twitter profile.
