Hostage dramas throughout Paris shock the world

-

Several serious hostage dramas taking place today in and around Paris shocked France and the entire world. One with the two brothers Kouachi who are still at large after the massacre in the magazine “Charlie Hebdo”, and the other at the supermarket for kosher food.

It is not fully clear whether and how the two events are related, but they only confirm the several-day nightmare that France experienced in the fight against terrorism.

French President Francois Hollande said that his country is being tested and called for unity.

Hollande said that France is in shock from the incomprehensible terrorist act and that there is a danger of new attacks.

He appealed of national unity to the citizens and to get out to a “republican march” on Sunday afternoon.

During the attack in the supermarket, two people were killed and at least five are held hostage. According to French media, one person was injured. Still, Ministry of Internal Affairs of France denies information of casualties.

Meanwhile, world media reported that the gunman from the supermarket is threatening to kill the hostages if police tries to enter it. Also, he demands the release of brothers Kouachi, who are suspected of attacking the satirical magazine “Charlie Hebdo”.

Police confirmed that it is a matter of the suspect in the murder of a police woman in Montrouge.

Also, two people were killed and at least 20 were wounded in the attack of the printing house in which two brothers suspected for the assault of “Charlotte Hebdo” on Wednesday entered.

Police have cordoned off the printing house and is trying to get suspects to surrender. It negotiates with terrorists because they hold several people hostage.

The dramatic pursuit takes place 30 kilometers north of Paris, in the industrial zone Dammartin.

Police helicopters are circling above the location, and elite police units are involved in the resuce mission.

There have been three attacks on mosques in the last 24 hours.
