“Without regulations of the media and professional standards in the media, there can be no free and fair elections. Without a renewal or update of the electoral roll there can be no regular elections in the country. All political entities together at the leaders’ meetings, but by voting the electoral code together in parliament, an independent State Election Commission was chosen. By voting in the law of December 10, legislators predicted that it would take 85 days to renew the voters’ list.
