Zaev: We wouldn’t want 24th of December to happen again and therefore we will not reveal the party’s tactics

-

“There are many alternatives, but we aren’t revealing the party’s tactics as they can instigate measures from our opponent and that can lead into undesired situations. But, I speak openly that we wouldn’t want the 24th of December to repeat again or something that will be intimidating for the Macedonian public. We saw that VMRO-DPMNE and its coalition partners are ready for anything, said SDSM’s party leader, Zoran Zaev for “24 Hour News” regarding the possibilities for solving the political crisis.

Zaev thinks that the parliamentary majority has the right and the obligation to take the responsibility for leading the parliament by electing a president from its ranks.

SDSM’s leader repeated the party’s stance that there won’t be an amnesty for the criminal or new parliamentary elections and that Gruevski has to turn over power.

He wanted the Deputy Assistant State Secretary for Europe and Euro-Asia at the State department, Hoyt Brian Yee to be welcomed on Monday by a new president of the Parliament.
