Following six hours of negotiations during the leaders’ meeting at the MPs Clubhouse, Prime Minister Zoran Zaev said that they accepted the VMRO-DPMNE’s request for a technical government before every future election and that additionally there are should be a joint agreement concerning the referendum.
“These three leaders’ meetings took a lot of nerve, patience and leadership. Today, we agreed to windup the leadership meetings, and what ever agreements are reached, depends on all of us. We accepted the request, for a technical government, in the format identical to Przino, to conduct every future election. It remains to come to an agreement on the referendum issue, the character of the referendum and the date of its holding”, Zaev said briefly, after which the leaders retreated for additional negotiations.
