SDSM leader Zoran Zaev, tonight in-front of citizens in the Skopje neighbourhood of Kapistec, among other things, says that he has serious evidence that the events in Kumanovo, May 9-10 last year were staged by the “top people in power.”
“The events of Kumanovo have left serious evidence that top people within the Government staged those tragic events. Finally, do you see you their shamelessness? One day after the events in Kumanovo where we lost eight young lives of police officers, theywere giving 2 million and 600 thousand euros to TV “Sitel”, “Alpha”, “Kanel 5″ to lie to the public again”, “A1 on” reported Zaev’s statement.
At a meeting with the residents of Kapistec, Zaev says it was no accident that they asked to have a Minister in the Ministry of Interior, so they could be able to react if someone was to attempting to steal votes or intimidate voters during elections.
“In the Election Code, it clearly states those who attempt to buy votes and use blackmail will face the responsibility of their actions with a prison sentence of three to five years. Therefore, we looked to the Ministry of Interior for a direct reaction. Whoever is caught stealing votes and intimidating others, Oliver Spasovski has given direct orders that they are to be arrested and detained. Free will is imperative, it is holy and we will achieve it”, said Zaev.
