Zaev takes a selfie with Tsipras in front of Government building

-

Macedonian Prime Minister Zoran Zaev met with his Greek counterpart Alexis Tsipras on the plateau in front of the Government building and used the opportunity to take out his own mobile phone and take a selfie of the two.

The Greek Prime Minister, together with his group arrived at the Government at around 10.15 am, from Skopje Airport and was greeted by Prime Minister Zaev after leaving the vehicle from the Greek Embassy in Skopje.

Then the two approached the group of photojournalists and cameramen, after which Zaev pulled out his mobile phone and took a selfie, much to his Greek counterpart’s surprise. He repeated this once again after Tsipras was greeted by Macedonian and Greek ministers.

Tsipras was first greeted by Deputy Prime Minister Radmila Sekerinska, followed by Oliver Spasovski, Bujar Osmani and Kocho Angjushev.

The anthems of the two countries were not played, and there was no welcome from the ARM Guard before entering the Government building

After entering the Government building, the two prime ministers headed to Zaev’s office, where the Macedonian Prime Minister proudly showed him framed photos of his meetings, and then with devotion showed him the photograph of the two signing the Prespa Agreement on June 17, last year
