Several workers today, up on cranes were cleaning the colours of the Parliament building left by the “Colourful Revolution”. Demonstrators have been protesting for a month and a half now over President Gjorgi Ivanov’s decision to grant pardons to politicians and their close associates.
The House of Parliament has been targeted by protesters a few times, they have hurled balloons full of paint and it, and even made an improvised slingshot to ensure the paint reached the building.
