The opposition party VMRO-DPMNE has up until now filed 19.000 amendments to the Law on languages, report the media which call upon sources at the Parliament.
The party, reports “Television 24” has announced that it will file a total number of 35.000 amendments. The amendments are arriving continuously at the Parliament’s archive, where the services are working at full speed. Some of the opposition MPs are at the archive where they are signing the amendments on the spot.
This means that the MPs from the opposition party will try with the so-called filibustering to block the passing of the Law on languages.
The coordinator of VMRO-DPMNE’s group of MPs, Vlatko Gjorchev said yesterday that the total number of amendments will depend on the answer given by the ruling party on their requests for re-calling the content and to return to a dialogue.
