“Zoran Zaev’s lies will not improve the standard for the citizens. They expect him to fulfill the promises he made before the election, not by manipulation and disinformation to defocus people from the commitments he has made”, said this morning’s statement by VMRO-DPMNE.
Zaev lied when he said that anyone from VMRO-DPMNE who were in SDS’s recorded conversations, have asked for amnesty. They are reacting to the opposition and a statement made by Prime Minister Zoran Zaev in an interview with the national public broadcaster, MRTV, saying that officials from the former ruling party requested amnesty, but it was rejected.
“This man, who has been pardoned twice for crimes, is probably using such disinformation to prepare the way for a third amnesty, in the “bribery” case. VMRO-DPMNE repeatedly deny that they discussed this subject with Zaev”, responded the party.
The party says that Zaev’s claims are not true, that there is only 6 million euros left in the budget and that the public debt has dropped due to the liquidity of the budget.
