Stevo Pendarovski should explain how Zoran Zaev has obtained audio recordings of wiretapped conversations, with which foreign service he worked and explain what foreign secret services expect in turn, reads the statement of VMRO-DPMNE after Pendarovski’s statement that he was illegally wiretapped three years before becoming a candidate for President of Macedonia.
“The scenario of SDSM is obvious and they are exposed, and therefore they must continue with such parades just to cover up the scandal that embroiled Zoran Zaev and party leadership. The public already justifiably asks how can the whole opposition claim to be tapped, and not a single of their conversations to come up in public. Who is SDSM underestimating? It lost with more than 200,000 votes of difference on the elections and citizens clearly opted for concept based on work and projects instead of destructive policy of SDSM for creation of crises and holding hostage the citizens and the state. Ultimately, the public saw polls that Spasov gave them, which clearly shows that Pendarovski lost to Ivanov. This is a transparent attempt to excuse their failure. Pendarovski obviously learned the school of Branko Crvenkovski quite well, full of intrigue, in which one of the teachers was certainly Zoran Verushevski as well,” reads the statement of VMRO-DPMNE.
