The international community suggested that there be no deadline, the SDSM suggested there be an 18-month deadline and Gruevski proposed 18 months, after which Zaev and Gruevski decided on a 18-month deadline for the Special Public Prosecutor’s Office to finish their investigations and charges.
Peter Vanhoutte, the mediator in the negotiations for finding a solution to end the political crisis told the “Truthmeter” of the arrangement over the deadline.
