Upon request of the Special Public Prosecution, this afternoon, Basic Court Skopje 1 has issued an order to block the property of Transmet’s owner, Sead Kochan, reports Telma TV.
Unofficially, the court’s decision encompasses all real estate and movable property including the bank accounts of the companies where he has shares in, including TV Nova, the building company Transmet and other companies.
There is an international and domestic warrant for the arrest of businessman Sead Kochan since he was ruled a detention for the Trust case.
SPO opened an investigation under the name of “Trust” where three persons and the companies “Transmet,” Skopje, “Sileks,” Kratovo and “Vato,” Studenichani are charged with the use of forged documentation they have won a tender by ELEM in the amount of 17.235.772 евра.
