The number of refugees and migrants who have crossed the Mediterranean in order to reach Europe has passed the number 300,000, reports the UN Agency for Refugees, UNHCR.
The agency says that number surpasses the 219,000 refugees who have crossed in 2014. More than 2500 people have died trying to cross the Mediterranean, non including the 200 migrants who drowned near the Libyan coast yesterday.
