During this week there were two death cases “associated with the flu” announced today the Institute of Public Health of Republic of Macedonia, who presented a report about the condition of the flu during the period between 1st and 8th of January.
According to the report, two children, ages 3 and 4 from Kichevo and Gostivar were hospitalized at the Clinic for Children in Skopje in the intensive care unit.
“During the first week of 2017, in the Republic of Macedonia there were 8.067 new cases of the flu registered which represents a decrease of 14.9% compared to the previous week, when 9.485 cases were reported”, stated the report.
