With shouts “Come out Latas”, “Resign”, “Democracy”, “Come out Zingo”, several dozens of Turks from the Macedonia community protested outside TV “Sitel” and asked that editor Dragan Pavlovic – Latas resign, and to take responsibility for the hate speech from last nights interview with SDSM leader Zoran Zaev, who said “You are lying like a Turk”.
They asked Latas to come out and explain what the Turkish people have lied about and demanded an apology for the reported insults and defamation.
Erdogan Sarac, President of the Movement for National Unity of Turks, said he doubted the sincerity of Latas’s apology, which he had done at 23:00, and urged the Ombudsman to file legal action against the television and its editor.
