Full Greek proposal tomorrow?

-

According to unofficial information, Greece today didn’t submit new proposals to creditors. Greek media cite government sources and report that Greece submitted the proposals of Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras from last week to the negotiating table of the Eurogroup, which at that point were not considered because the finance ministers said they would await the outcome of the referendum before giving their opinion on them.

The government source said he would expect comments from the European side during the day.

According to initial information, the Greek team will use this day to examine the mood, the requirements and expectations of creditors, to see exactly what can be accepted for tomorrow to finish, prepare and submit full proposal and ideas which could be accepted by European ministers.

PM Tsipras is expected to meet with Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollande before tonight’s meeting of the EU Summit and during the day he already talked with the head of the EU Council Donald Tusk.

Greece has no more room to wait because the liquidity of its banks is under serious threat.
