Referendum on the appearance of the GTC which will be held in the Municipality of Centar will be implemented by the municipal commission with the old president. The reason for this is that the State Election Commission did not adopt the agenda, on which as the second item was placed discussing the Municipal Election Commission in Centar. This item was to consider the case with President of the Municipal Election Commission of Centar regarding the conversations published by SDSM, in which the President of OI Centar gives electoral lists to Minister of Transport and Communications Mile Janakieski.
Commission members could not agree whether the item should stay or be removed from the agenda.
Proposal by the member of the commission Vlatko Sajkovski was the item to be removed from the agenda because SEC does not have any material acts which could be discussed, for example, verdict, change of place of residence and the like. For the proposal voted three members of the Commission, three were “against” and one was neutral. For the full agenda, three voted for, three “against” and one was neutral.
