The US Department of State congratulated today the formation of the new government in Macedonia and stated that US remain partners in the process of providing help for Macedonia’s aspirations towards NATO and EU.
-The United States congratulates Prime Minister Zoran Zaev and the majority in the Parliament on the formation of the new government of Macedonia. As a friend and partner to Macedonia, USA looks forward to working with the new government as it strives to fulfill the country’s Euro-Atlantic aspirations by implementing urgent reforms that strengthen the rule of law and judiciary independence, the freedom of the press, and the government’s accountability – said the State Department’s spokesperson, Header Hauert.
