The SPP has opened preliminary proceedings concerning recordings of officials from the DUI

-

The Special Public Prosecution (SPP) today announced that they have filed preliminary proceedings concerning the recordings of private conversations between senior officials of the Democratic Union for Integration (DUI), which were posted on social networks.

They strongly condemn the publication of materials on social networks, which, as they say, threaten the integrity, dignity and morality of certain people.

The SPP reminded the public that it is a criminal offense which carries a prison sentence from one to five years, and appeals to all parties connected with the publication of materials of private conversations, to report it as soon as possible so the Special Prosecution can investigate allegations within their jurisdiction.
