During today’s session, the Judicial Council dismissed Jovo Vangelovski as President of the Supreme Court because of inefficiency and incompetence in the performance of official duties
Vangelovski has the right to appeal this decision.
The Judicial Council dismissed two other judges while Cvetanka Perik was chosen to be a new judge at the Supreme Court.
Instead of Vangelovski, the Supreme Judge Faik Arslani was chosen as acting President of the Supreme Court.
