The due diligence financial analysis and the feasibility study with the model of a private-public partnership, including a proposed model for the sale of Popova Shapka, still haven’t been submitted by Pricewaterhouse Coopers to ELEM Tours.
The analyses haven’t been submitted yet because the deadlines for the preparations of the Analysis are still underway in accordance with the signed contract between ELEM Tours and PWC. The Due Diligence denotes and encompasses an in-depth analysis of the previous three years starting from 2016 to 2018 about the financial, legal and tax condition of Popova Shapka Tetovo that includes the ski-center Popova Shapka, the hotels Slavija and Popova Shapka, replied the representatives of the ELEM Tours for POrtalb.mk.
