The court will not confirm nor deny whether Verushevski will be released

The Criminal Council from the Basic Court Skopje 1 today decided terminate the jail detention of the former Director of the Security and Counter-Intelligence (UBK), Zoran Verushevski charged in the case “Putsch”, announced today the “Utrinski.”
According to the newspapers sources, they wrote that Verushevski, who is expected to be under house arrest, was released allegedly by the decision of the Criminal Council.
The Basic Court Skopje 1 told correspondents at “Meta” that thry can not confirm nor deny this information, and if such a decision was made, they said that parties in the case have yet to be informed.
According to “Utrinski” and their sources writes that the decision to release Mr Verushevski from custody was made last Friday, but due to an incorrect number of the registration in his passport, his release was cancelled until today.
