The Court is ready to decide about the detention of six MPs

The Criminal Court in Skopje has received the announcement from the Parliament about the abolished immunity for the six MPs, for whom the Prosecution for fighting organized crime and corruption is demanding a detention, and has submitted it to the competent judges, informed the court.

The court didn’t reveal when the MPs will be questioned by the court and when will they be deciding about the detention request.

Last Friday, at a plenary session, the Parliament decided to grant the Basic Court Skopje’s request for abolishing the immunity and for taking into detention the MPs Krsto Mukovski, Ljuben Arnaudov, Johan Tarchulovski, Sasho Vasilevski, Ljupco Dimovski and Zaklina Peshevska, because of their participation in the violent acts that took place at the Parliament on the 27th of April.

They are charged with, along with 30 other suspects, for a terrorist jeopardizing the country’s constitutional order and security.
