The Central Board of SDSM at a session last night, chose the Executive Board of the party, organizational secretary, Secretary for International Cooperation and Director of the Centre for Research and Analytics of the Social Democratic Union.
– “Today we elected 16 members of the Executive board out of which nine are women. We want to send the message of using the equal capacity for the state between men and women, because we know we lack equality, equality between men and women embedded in the political system of society, but also in the social system in our country, so that we can use that potential to the maximum. I believe that this message will reach many state institutions, many municipality institutions and political parties as well,” said the president of SDSM and Prime Minister Zoran Zaev.
Among the members of the Executive board are the ministers Dragan Tevdovski, Renata Deskovska, Mayors Petre Shilegov, Stefan Bogoev, Blagoj Bocvarski, professors Frosina Remenska, Tanja Stojanovska Ivanova, Ljatifa Shikovska, spokesman of SDSM Kostadin Kostadinov and others.
As organizational secretary was elected the current director of JP “Water and sewage”, Dushko Veskovski, as Secretary for International Cooperation Dane Taleski and Martin Popov was elected director of the Center for Research and Analysis of SDSM.
Zaev announced one more session of the Central Board where they will elect the vice-presidents of the party.
