The Administrative court has unanimously, with five judges voting ”yes” has accepted VMRO-DPMNE’s appeal and has rejected BESA’s appeal as untidy regarding the voting at polling station 0396/1 in Gostivar that was accepted by SEC and it annulled the votes at this polling station.
It’s about Besa’s complaint, according to which someone else has signed instead of Fatime Sulejmani from Gostivar and because of which she wasn’t allowed to vote i.e. someone else has misused her signature.
The Administrative court’s council which was deciding upon VMRO-DPMNE’s appeal stated that in Besa’s complaint there was no signature by the party’s authorized representative, Blerim Sejdi, which is not allowed by the Electoral Code.
The Administrative court rejected the fourth appeal by the Coalition led by SDSM which referred to the way the votes were summarized at the polling station 2010 at the municipality of Tearce. The appeal states that during the counting of votes one ballot was missing.
The decisions of the Administrative court are final and no appeal is allowed.
