“Tank Parts” Case Returns To The Criminal Court

The Supreme Court of the Republic of Macedonia issued their ruling to the Basic Court Skopje 1 for convicted individuals, T.K. and V.B. in the case known to the public as “Tank parts” and stated that the request for an urgent review of the final lawful ruling, filed by their counsels, has been accepted, stated the Basic Court.

 The statement noted that the case will return for a retrial before the court of the first instance.

 Among the defendants in the “Tank parts” case, are former Minister of Defence  and former Prime Minister, Vlado Buckovski and former Army Chief of Staff, Metodi Stamoboliski. The case which first began nine years ago, returns to the Skopje Criminal Court for the third time.
