It seems that current events were inspiration for the humorous Kochani citizens, who yesterday on improperly parked cars put messages with content: “Hundred euros fine for improper parking, plus a notification on “Facebook”, plus free tapping”.
The message is written on a plain sheet of paper and is placed on the windscreen of several cars to the mall in Kochani.
Owners of cars and passers-by were surprised by the message because traffic wardens write fines on a form. And the content of the message doesn’t indicate that the police left it.
In any case, the messages attracted the attention of passers-by in the center on Kochani, who stopped, read it and left with a comment, in addition to the message, each of them in their own style.
