Controversial footages still on “YouTube”, MOI “acts”

-

Footages of the meeting between Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski and opposition leader Zoran Zaev, on which they discuss about the evidence of the case “Bomb” and their origin, is still available on the internet service “YouTube”.
Through a statement, the prosecution on Tuesday informed that it requested the Ministry of Interior (MOI) to get in touch with “YouTube” and request removal of the footages, as well as all related materials which would appear on the network in the future.
Since counter of visitors who watched or are still watching the controversial footages on “YouTube” is still spinning, META requested information from MOI of whether they addressed the network and asked for the removal of materials.
“We act upon the request of the Public Prosecution,” said MOI spokesman Ivo Kotevski.
Terms and Conditions read that “YouTube” can terminate the contractual relationship at any time if:
• You violated a provision of the Terms and Conditions (or have acted in a way that clearly shows that you do not intend or are not able to comply with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions)
• “YouTube” is asked to do so by law (for example, if the provision of the service that applies to you is or becomes illegal)
From what can be seen on “YouTube”, the channel and account of the uploader of the controversial footages, with the nickname “ho ho lol,” was made two days ago and there is nothing on it apart from these two videos titled “The Revealed Truth 1 and 2”, which means it was open with a purpose.
One video, which lasts 20 seconds, was watched by around 138,000 visitors, and the other lasts 30 seconds and its content was watched by more than 73,500 people.
