The Special Public Prosecution has managed to confiscate from UBK all documentation with orders and regulations on special investigative measures for monitoring communications, as well as books with evidence and parts of the records from the computer data systems for wiretapping, announced the SPO this afternoon.
The SPO said that more computer data remains to be seized, and that they would need assistance from an external expert.
“We have seized all orders on special investigative measures for the interception of communications and books with evidence, and the required computer data from the monitoring systems of communication. What remains to be seized is further computer data that will require assistance from an external expert and we expect to fulfill that part of our orders in the near future”, read the statement.
According to reports, after the SPO spent 48 hours on watch, around the clock in teams, this afternoon the SPO came out of the Administration for Security and Counterintelligence (UBK) with part of the information which they requested through court orders.
