On 22nd of April, members of the working group of the Council of the European Union, responsible for the Western Balkans, will arrive to Macedonia, confirmed services in Brussels.
The visit of the representatives of the Council is an additional sign of EU’s concern for the political crisis in Macedonia, because it was directly proposed by the EU member states.
Macedonia will likely be also mentioned in the conclusions of the next Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs, which will be held on 20th and 21st of April in Luxembourg.
The proposal Macedonia to be part of the conclusions was initiated from countries such as Slovenia, Sweden and Bulgaria.
According to diplomats of the member states, the EU loses patience with Macedonia.
The contents of the upcoming Council conclusions should become clearer this week.
