SYRIZA and right-wing party Independent Greeks agreed to form a coalition government.
– As of today, Greece has a government. Independent Greeks give its support to SYRIZA – stated leader of Independent Greeks Panos Kamenos after the hour-long meeting with Alexis Tsipras, leader of SYRIZA and the new Prime Minister of Greece.
As Kamenos pointed out, Tsipras today will go to President Karolos Papoulias and announce the formation of a government.
The new government is expected to give its oath perhaps even tomorrow.
