On October 2, a themed congress program will be held by the SDSM, where they will decide what coalition they will need to beat Gruevski in the election.
The SDSM congress, which will take place on October 2, high ranking delegates of the opposition party will discuss the proposal of the leadership rather than an “ordinary” party coalition, as to create a broad front.
The congress on October 2 will be held in two parts. During the first part, the sensitive issue on the coalition will be discussed, while the second part will focus on the programs priorities of the new government of the SDSM. In mid-November, they will hold another congress, where will discuss the candidates’ lists.
“Unlike other parties, especially the ruling parties, which create their lists in a closed group and by their executive organs of no more than ten or fifteen people, the SDSM will make their major decisions, but also for some candidates lists, in Congress”, said Shekerinska for “Plusinfo“.
