By then end of the day, SDSM will file four complaints to the Administrative Court concerning the voting in polling stations in Constituency 6, announced today SDSM spokesman, Petre Shilegov.
“The Administrative Court has to take into account all the main arguments in the lawsuits. The SEC did not respond to the serious task of fully protecting the electoral process in terms of deciding over complaints. The institutions must work in the service of the citizens”, said Shilegov.
The SEC rejected all complaints made by SDSM and accepted only one of the eight complaints made by Besa, and annulled voting at one polling station in Gostivar, where another person signed in the place of Fatime Sulejmani, which was also confirmed by an official graphologist.
