According to SDSM, it is scandalous that the Communications Center of VMRO-DPMNE assesses whether criminal charges are founded or not, react the main opposition party, which today filed three criminal charges against Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski, director of UBK Sasho Mijalkov, ministers Gordana Jankulovska and Mile Janakieski, as well as against Martin Protogjer and Mayor of Gazi Baba Toni Trajkovski.
“SDSM submitted the charges to the Public Prosecution, not VMRO-DPMNE. How does VMRO-DPMNE know the contents of charges after their submission? VMRO-DPMNE functions as one body with the Public Prosecution. The publication of the truth about Macedonia showed that the criminal rule of Nikola Gruevski and several of his associates is directly related to the coupling between the Government and the judiciary,” reads the statement of SDSM.
Earlier VMRO-DPMNE came up with a reaction that SDSM submitted completely unsubstantiated claims without any legal argumentation.
