If the Special Prosecutor takes over the case “Putsch” until the next scheduled hearing on December the 2nd , then SDSM leader Zoran Zaev will appear for trial , however if this does not happen, he will not appear in court again at the scheduled hearing, said SDSM.
“The SDSM leader Zoran Zaev’s attitude has not changed and has said publicly and in court regarding the manufactured case ‘Putsch’. If the Special Prosecutor’s Office takes the manufactured case “Putsch” until the next scheduled hearing on the 2nd of December, then President Zoran Zaev will appear for trial.
If by then Special Prosecutor’s Office does not take the case “Putsch”, President Zoran Zaev will not appear at the scheduled hearing”, reads the statement by SDSM.
At today’s court hearing, which was again postponed due to the absence of Zoran Zaev, Judge Ljubinka Basheska responded that if he did not appear in court at the next scheduled hearing she will issue the order to have him detained by guards.
