Prosecutor Vilma Ruskoska informed today that Prime Minister Zoran Zaev was mentioned in businessman Orce Kamchev’s statement regarding the Racket case, but only once and in a different connotation than it was published by part of the media these days.

-Zaev wasn’t mentioned in Kamchev’s statement only in the part that he reported about the Racket firstly to him – said Prosecutor Vilma Ruskoska.

After today’s session by the Public Prosecutor’s Council, Prosecutor Ruskoska issued a statement for the media where she rejected the claims by certain web portals that the minutae of the Orce Kamchev’s statement was evidenced that Prime Minister Zaev has warned Bojan Jovanovski and Zoran Mileski that Kamchev has filed the Racket case.

{rosecutor Ruskoska confirmed the authenticity of the first page of the minuate with Kamchev’s statement that was logded at the Prosecution stressing that the re-told parts are untru. The Prosecution for Organized Crime and Corrpution still have no information about the ways Kamchev’s statement has reached the web portal Infomax.

During today’s session of the Public Prosecutors’ COuncil was discussing Katica Janeva’s dismissal from her position as SPO’s Chief, after she was taken into detention due to charges of her involvment in the Racket case.
