The Minister of Labour and Social Policy from the SDSM Frosina Remenski announced that she would file criminal charges for reckless conduct against the former Minister of Labour and Social Policy, Dime Spasov. Remenski accuses her deputy that although he had the obligation to decide on appeals, he did not in over than 1,400 citizens on social welfare.
“Spasov had the right by law to decide on appeals, but instead he passed them on to the person who was a probation official at the Ministry of Labour and Social, a policy in general who by law does not have the right to participate in solving cases in administrative proceedings”, said Remenski
Besides Spasov, Remenski will sue former MP Susana Andonova, a probation officer at the Ministry who was deciding on appeals.
