The information which the Special Public Prosecutor (SPO) submitted to the Public Prosecution Skopje, who are investigating the death of Kosta Krpač say there was no proof that he was under pressure, says the PPO Skopje.
In today’s announcement the Public Prosecution said that concerning the death of Kosta Krpač there has been “numerous rumors that are obstructing the investigation and is putting pressure on the institutions”. The prosecution are carefully following all leads and are looking into all obtained information to fully investigate the case.
The Special Public Prosecutor’s Office yesterday said it had accepted the request from the Public Prosecutor for inter-agency cooperation, in connection with the investigation into the circumstances of the death of Kosta Krpač and gave them information that can help solve the case.
The SPO said that although they gave the requested information to the PPO – Skopje, they did not supply information and documents that are not related to the preliminary investigation into the death of Mr. Krpač and are part of another preliminary investigation which is currently being conducted by the Special Prosecution.
