Last week, Public Health Institute (PHI) of North Macedonia registered in the period between the 7th and the 13th of December that 15.857 materials were tested in the labs for the presence of SARS-CoV-2, which is a decrease of 9.2 % compared to the week before. During the same period, 5.518 new positive cases were registered in 35 cities, which is a decrease of 14.6% compared to the previous week. Most of the cases were registered in Skopje, announced the PHI.
During this period, the percentage of positive cases out of the people tested is 34.8, which is a decrease of 2% less compared to the week before.
