The two suspects in the murder of Dzemail Redzepi, also known as Komandant Shkiponja, will be detained in the next 30 days.
The suspects possessed the weapon that was used at the murder scene.
The Public Prosecutor’s Office informed they had conducted an analysis of the murder scene and a forensic analysis on the body, the weapon and video footage from the area. The murder was caught on twelve security cameras. The shootout happened in the Kumanovo neighborhood of Bedinje. Komandant Shkiponja was accompanied by two persons during the incident. The reason for the murder was friction between he and the Vice President of the Kumanovo branch of DUI, Bajram Limani.
DUI condemns the bloody incident and asked from the authorities to solve the case.
