President Gjorge Ivanov has begun to address Parliament. The ceremonial session is being attended only by MPs from VMRO-DPMNE. MPs from DPA and DUI are not present because they too, do not recognize Ivanov as President and the SDSM parliamentary group are not attending the President’s annual speech, because they said it is degrading to the Presidency.
