The former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Nikola Poposki wrote on his Facebook page that in the previous month he resigned only from VMRO-DPMNE’s Executive Committee.
“I resigned from the Executive Committee due to the differences in seeing the election results, the differences about making longstanding decisions and the feeling that they lead to inner-party divisions that are totally unnecessary. I appreciate that keeping the unity and the focus on higher goals must be above anyone’s personal ambitions. I’m a member of several party committees on a republic’s level and the committees for foreign affairs, European affairs, and defense affairs” said Poposki.
He said that he remains dedicated to keeping the unity among the party members and the accomplishment of joint goals in the interest of Macedonia and its citizens.
