The process for closing the progress report on the Balkans has started, said a spokesman of the European Commission, Margaritis Schinas.
“The internal process of receiving reports has started. I am not in a position to announce the exact date, but I can say that the process has already begun”, stated Schinas.
According to preliminary unofficial information, the reports were meant to be published this week, after the elections in Turkey, but its publication have been delayed again.
