The leaders of the four political parties, all signatories of the Przhino Agreement Nikola Gruevski, Zoran Zaev, Ali Ahmeti and Menduh Thaci, after many hours, the negotiations prevailed and reached an agreement on the Law on Government and the Law on the “Bombs”.

The new Minister of Interior, as agreed, will be SDSM Secretary General, Oliver Spasovski, and in the Department of Labour and Social Affairs Frosina Remenski was appointed who is also the Vice President of the Opposition party.

The law provides for a government deputy minister to have the right to veto only on issues relating to the elections and can use it immediately after taking office. The State Election Commission will be responsible for resolving issues related to different interpretations of election matters.

The Act of the “Bombs”, in turn, will render penalties for the media if they publish materials that threatens people’s privacy, but not for those who are government officials and those who have public interest. However, regarding this law the parties shall request the opinion of the Venice Commission.
