-

Panoramic wheel that will be placed on the bridge of the river Vardar will cost 956 million denars, or nearly 15.55 million euros. This amount of 15.5 million euros is half the money that the Government borrowed two days in worth of 33 million euros and it could save 516 Tamaras and pay reparations to 95.6 floods as floods that swept Macedonia this year.

On the quay of the river Vardar in the center of Skopje, next to the galley “Royal Macedonia”, began preparations for the construction of a bridge on which the panoramic wheel will be set. The bridge will join the Museum of the Macedonian Struggle on one side and MEPSO the other. It is envisaged the panoramic wheel to have 30 gondolas, each with a capacity of eight adults and two children, who will be turning to a maximum height of 73 meters. The wheel will be managed by Public Transport Enterprise.

The total amount of the public procurement contract is 956 million denars or almost 15.5 million euros – say representatives of PTE.
