The holidays are a time when we wish ourselves health, happiness and good luck in the coming year. On the threshold of the new year, we are grateful to all citizens who rejoiced us, encouraged us for good thoughts and good deeds, said President Gjorgje Ivanov in his New Year’s address.
– We are grateful to the hard-working entrepreneurs and farmers. We are grateful to the caring parents. We are grateful to the artists who, with their works, exhibitions and performances, have conquered stages worldwide. We are grateful to our athletes and talented young scientists who won awards for Macedonia. We are grateful to the brave Macedonian soldiers who closely guarded our security. We are grateful to all those who love, respect and protect Macedonia. We are all different, but we are essentially the same. Each of us contributes to the creation of the image that others have for our homeland Macedonia – says Ivanov.
